At Boone, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before ordering your Boone Genetics Pack.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our product, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The DNA test kit must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- The kit must not have been registered, activated, or used in any way
Once a DNA test kit has been opened, it cannot be returned due to hygiene and biological safety reasons. This ensures the integrity and safety of all kits we provide.
2. How to Request a Return

- Reason for return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
