1.9 Force Majeure: Any event beyond Boone App Ltd’s reasonable control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions, that affects the provision of services.

5.2 No Guarantees: While we aim to provide helpful and accurate insights, we do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose.
5.3 Third-Party Integrations: Certain features may involve integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms.

8.3 Model Improvement: Data may be pseudonymised and used internally to develop, test, train and improve our algorithms and Services.
8.4 Structured Datasets: Boone may create structured datasets derived from user activity for research, analytics and commercial licensing purposes. These datasets are designed not to include direct identifiers such as your name or contact details.
8.5 Genetic Services: Genetic services are optional and require separate explicit consent. Genetic data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
8.6 Genetic Interpretation and Scientific Basis: Insights provided through genetic services are based on currently available scientific research relating to nutrition and genetic markers.
