Every Battle Bites product in our database broken down by calories, sugar, salt and saturated fat, and checked against NHS daily reference intakes for children aged 4 to 17.
Chocolate is where saturated fat and sugar arrive together. A bar carries both a sugar load and a significant saturated fat load from the cocoa butter and milk solids, and for a child the saturated fat figure is often the one that runs out first, not the sugar.
Milk, dark and white variants differ in cocoa solids, milk content and added sugar, and filled or caramel lines add a further sugar layer on top of the base. Two bars of similar weight can differ by half again in saturated fat depending on what is inside them.
Pack format drives real intake. Sharing bars, multipacks and single bars differ several-fold in what a sitting actually amounts to, so the per-bar figure is the starting point rather than the answer.
Each product page includes a full nutrition breakdown per serving and per pack, portion size comparisons, age-adjusted NHS daily reference intake calculations for children aged 4 to 17, an interactive calculator for your child's specific age and gender, and a complete ingredient and allergen guide.
