Salt figures are Pret UK’s published figures per serving as sold. Daily salt limits are 6g for adults and ages 11 to 17, 5g for ages 7 to 10 and 3g for ages 4 to 6. All 200 items on Pret’s current UK menu are ranked, from sandwiches and hot food to coffee, juices and fruit. Branded third-party drinks such as Coca-Cola and bottled water are left out, and pages for items Pret no longer sells are not ranked. Milk-based drinks are ranked as Pret serves them by default, with semi-skimmed milk, or coconut drink for the matcha lattes.
