Every Fox’s product in our database broken down by calories, sugar, salt and saturated fat, and checked against NHS daily reference intakes for children aged 4 to 17.
Biscuits are the point where the sugar-only view of nutrition stops being useful. A biscuit carries a significant fat load alongside the sugar, much of it saturated fat from vegetable oils in the base and any chocolate in the coating.
Plain base biscuits are flour, oil, sugar and raising agents. Coating is what separates most of a range. Adding chocolate raises both sugar and saturated fat substantially, and filled or caramel variants add another sugar layer on top.
Biscuits are eaten in twos and threes rather than singly, and multipacks, tubes and sharing packs differ several-fold per sitting. The per-biscuit figure is the starting point, not the answer.
Each product page includes a full nutrition breakdown per serving and per pack, portion size comparisons, age-adjusted NHS daily reference intake calculations for children aged 4 to 17, an interactive calculator for your child's specific age and gender, and a complete ingredient and allergen guide.
