Nando's publishes figures for each dish on its own, before any PERi-PERi spice, sides or extras. Your choice of spice adds from 0 kcal for Plain...ish to 82 kcal for Extra Hot. Nando's does not publish portion weights, so a per 100g comparison is not possible and every item is ranked per portion. Each count and size is ranked separately, so 3 Chicken Wings and 10 Chicken Wings appear as different items, and sides are ranked at regular size.
Sharing platters are left out because Nando's figures for them cover the chicken only, not the sides that come with them. The box of four Pastel de Natas is left out because Nando's lists it at 236 kcal, which cannot be right when a single nata is 224 kcal. Alcoholic drinks, water and Northern Ireland recipe variants are not included.
