Slim Chickens publishes figures per 100g as well as per portion for tenders, wings, boneless bites, sandwiches, the salad and sauces, so a per 100g comparison is possible for those items. NHS free sugar limits are 30g a day for adults and ages 11 to 17, 24g for ages 7 to 10 and 19g for ages 4 to 6. Free sugar excludes the sugars naturally present in milk and whole fruit.
