Counts are distinct named ingredients from Starbucks UK published component lists, including sub-ingredients, and are a minimum. Manufactured ingredients are those meeting NOVA group 4 criteria: substances not used in home cooking, and additives whose purpose is to make the final product palatable. Emulsifiers, stabilisers, thickeners, preservatives, colours, added flavourings, acidity regulators, maltodextrin, invert syrups and protein isolates all count; milk, coffee, water, sugar and whole ingredients do not. Taken from Starbucks UK product information and checked in August 2026. Items are excluded where Starbucks does not publish a component breakdown.

Ingredient counts do not change with cup size, so every drink is listed once, at Grande where a Grande exists. They do change with the milk, which is why oat, almond, soya and coconut versions are listed separately alongside the semi-skimmed one.
