Sodium is from Dave's Hot Chicken USA published nutrition information (nutrition chart revised 16 March 2026), per item as served with its standard build at the Mild to Reaper spice levels, checked in October 2026. Daily limits are the National Academies Chronic Disease Risk Reduction intakes: 2,300mg from age 14, 1,800mg for ages 9 to 13 and 1,500mg for ages 4 to 8. Salt equivalent is sodium multiplied by 2.5. Where Dave's publishes separate Not Hot and Lite Mild figures they are lower; the calculator on each item page shows both. The Single Not Chicken Tender is derived by Boone from the Not Chicken #5 minus fries, as Dave's lists no separate row for it. Drinks are not included because Dave's Hot Chicken does not publish nutrition for them.
