Dave's Hot Chicken USA publishes a calorie figure for every food item, but not what that figure means for the person eating it. Below is every one of the 50 food items and sauces on the current US menu, ranked by calories and split by menu section. Set the age and sex and each figure recalculates as a share of that person’s day.

Calories are from Dave's Hot Chicken USA published nutrition information (nutrition chart revised 16 March 2026), per item as served with its standard build at the Mild to Reaper spice levels, checked in October 2026. Where an item is sold in more than one size, each size is listed separately. Daily energy uses USDA estimated needs for moderately active people: 2,000 calories for adult women and 2,600 for adult men, 2,000 and 2,600 for girls and boys aged 14 to 18, 1,800 and 2,000 for ages 9 to 13, and 1,500 for ages 4 to 8. Where Dave's publishes separate Not Hot and Lite Mild figures they are lower; the calculator on each item page shows both. The Single Not Chicken Tender is derived by Boone from the Not Chicken #5 minus fries, as Dave's lists no separate row for it. Drinks are not included because Dave's Hot Chicken does not publish nutrition for them.
