Cadbury’s own page gives kJ and kcal figures that do not match, so the figures are from Morrisons. Free sugar leaves out an estimated 7.8g of lactose per 100g, worked out from the protein, because milk carries about 1.4g of lactose for every 1g of protein, allowing a fifth of the protein for the cocoa. Lactose is the sugar in milk and is not free sugar.
Colours use the Food Standards Agency front-of-pack thresholds per 100g. RI is the adult reference intake.
