Figures from Morrisons product page, collected by Boone. Free sugar estimated by Boone. Last checked 26 October 2026. Data checks are led by Murray Dare.
The label gives figures by volume, not by weight, so Boone shows them per 100ml. The traffic lights and nutrient profile score are worked out on those figures, so treat them as a guide: ice cream weighs less than water, so figures by weight would be higher. Free sugar leaves out an estimated 1.5g of lactose per 100ml, worked out from the chocolate content on the label (30%) and the legal minimum of 14% milk solids, so the real amount of lactose is likely higher. Lactose is the sugar in milk and is not free sugar.
Colours use the Food Standards Agency front-of-pack thresholds per 100ml. RI is the adult reference intake.
