What is really in it
Wall's Strawberry Split is made from 2 components: strawberry water ice outer and vanilla ice cream inner.
The ingredient list contains stabilisers, glucose syrup and dextrose. Stabilisers control the size of ice crystals and give the product a smooth texture over its shelf life. Glucose syrup improves texture and prevents the ice cream from becoming too hard or crystalline at freezer temperatures. Dextrose lowers the freezing point so the ice cream stays softer and scoopable.
Strawberry water ice outer
Water, sugar, strawberry juice from concentrate (8%), glucose syrup, citric acid, natural strawberry flavouring, colour (anthocyanins)
