Every Five Guys item measured against the UK daily guidelines for you or your child. Pick what matters to you and the menu re-sorts, so the better choices come first.
Each dot is one item. The UK government’s 400-600-600 guidance suggests about 600 kcal for lunch or dinner, so anything past the line is more than a whole meal on its own.
Open any Five Guys menu item to see its calories and nutrition for your age and sex, then add toppings, fries and a shake to check the full order against your daily guidelines.
Five Guys portions are big, and the published figures leave out the part people add themselves. A Cheeseburger is 801 kcal before toppings. All the way adds 169 kcal, 113 of it from the mayonnaise, and a regular fries adds 1,073 more. With a regular Vanilla Shake the order reaches 2,736 kcal, 137% of an adult woman’s day.
Every item here has a calculator showing its calories, sugar, salt and saturated fat for your age and sex, with every free topping available to add. Figures come from the Five Guys UK allergen, ingredient and nutrition guide dated 5 August 2026.
