The full Wingstop menu, ranked

Each dot is one item. The UK government’s 400-600-600 guidance suggests about 600 kcal for lunch or dinner, so anything past the line is more than a whole meal on its own.

600 kcal or lessOver 600 kcal

Every item on the Wingstop UK menu, measured against what a specific person actually needs in a day rather than an adult average.

Two things Boone does that a nutrition label does not

Free sugar, separated from the rest. Wingstop publishes a total sugar figure. NHS daily limits apply only to free sugars and exclude the sugars naturally present in milk and whole vegetables. 16 items on this menu contain sugars that occur naturally, so Boone does not count the whole figure against a limit.

Every figure set against an age. The Original Tenders carries 9.1g of salt in a single portion. That is 152% of an adult's daily limit and 303% of the limit for a child aged 4 to 6. Same portion, different answer, and the label only ever gives you the adult one.

What the menu ranges from

Portions run from 105 kcal for the Blue Cheese Dip up to 1140 kcal for the Garlic Parmesan Tenders, across 8 sections.

Common questions

Where does Boone's Wingstop nutrition information come from?+

Boone uses the nutrition and allergen information Wingstop publishes for its UK menu, then calculates free sugar and how much of the daily guidelines each item uses for your age and sex.

How often is the Wingstop UK nutrition information updated?+

Boone updates the Wingstop pages when Wingstop changes its published UK nutrition information, including new items, recipe changes and items leaving the menu.

Is Wingstop UK nutrition information the same as in other countries?+

No. Recipes, ingredients and portion sizes vary by country, so Wingstop figures from the US or elsewhere do not apply here. Boone only uses Wingstop's UK nutrition information.

What nutrition information is shown for each Wingstop item?+

Each Wingstop item shows its calories, sugar, free sugar, saturated fat, salt and protein, along with the allergens Wingstop declares. Every figure is also shown as a share of the daily guideline for your age and sex.

How does the Wingstop nutrition calculator work?+

Open any Wingstop item and set an age and sex. The calculator shows its calories, sugar, salt, saturated fat and protein as a share of that person's daily guidelines, and you can adjust the portion size.

Can I calculate the calories and nutrition for a full Wingstop meal?+

Yes. Start with any Wingstop item, then add sides and drinks to build the meal. The calculator totals the calories and nutrition and shows how the whole meal fits the daily guidelines for your age and sex.

Can I add sides, drinks and sauces to the Wingstop calculator?+

Yes. Sides, drinks, and sauces or dips where Wingstop lists them, can all be added to a meal. Each addition updates the meal's calories, sugar, salt and saturated fat.

How are the daily guidelines worked out for my age and sex?+

Boone uses UK government and NHS guidelines, which differ by age and sex. Saturated fat is limited to 20g a day for women and 30g for men, and free sugar to 30g for adults but 19g for children aged 4 to 6. Choosing an age and sex recalculates every figure against the right limits.

What are the daily guidelines for calories, fat, sugar and salt?+

For adults, the reference intake is 2,000 kcal and 70g of fat a day, with no more than 20g of saturated fat for women or 30g for men, 30g of free sugar and 6g of salt. Children have lower limits for free sugar and salt.

Why does the calculator show different figures for children?+

Children have lower limits for free sugar and salt and need less energy, so the same item uses a bigger share of their day. A child aged 4 to 6 has a limit of 19g of free sugar and 3g of salt, compared with 30g and 6g for an adult.

Are Wingstop calories the same for every portion size?+

No. Calories and nutrients change with portion size, so where Wingstop sells an item in more than one size, each size is listed separately. You can also adjust the portion in the calculator.

Do Wingstop sauces and dips affect the nutrition of a meal?+

Yes. Sauces and dips can add a noticeable amount of sugar, salt and calories, especially if you have more than one. Where Wingstop publishes nutrition for them, you can add them to your meal in the calculator.

Does Wingstop nutrition information include drinks?+

Where Wingstop publishes nutrition for its drinks, they are listed with the same detail as food and can be added to any meal. Sugary drinks are often the largest single source of free sugar in a meal.

Why is the sugar figure different from Wingstop's own nutrition information?+

Wingstop publishes total sugar, which includes the sugar naturally found in milk and whole fruit. NHS limits apply only to free sugars, so Boone separates the two and measures free sugar against your daily limit. That is why an item can use less of your limit than its total sugar suggests.

What is the difference between fat and saturated fat?+

Fat is the total of all the fats in an item. Saturated fat is one type within that total and has its own daily limit, 20g for women and 30g for men, because eating too much can raise cholesterol.

Can Wingstop fit into a healthy diet?+

Yes, as part of a balanced diet. Checking a Wingstop meal's calories, saturated fat, sugar and salt against your daily guidelines shows how much room is left for the rest of the day.

How can I make a Wingstop meal healthier?+

Choose a smaller portion, swap a sugary drink for water or a zero sugar option, and go easy on sauces and dips. The calculator shows how each change affects the meal before you order.

Is Wingstop nutrition information suitable for tracking calories?+

Yes. Each Wingstop item gives calories, sugar, saturated fat, salt and protein that you can log in any tracker. In the Boone app you can also snap a photo of your meal to log it.

Does the Wingstop nutrition information cover vegetarian and vegan items?+

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan items on the Wingstop UK menu are included with the same calorie and nutrition detail as everything else.

Does the Wingstop nutrition information include allergens?+

Yes. Each Wingstop item page lists the allergens Wingstop declares, including where cross-contamination cannot be ruled out. If you have a severe allergy, always check with the restaurant before ordering.
