Every Greggs item measured against the UK daily guidelines for you or your child. Pick what matters to you and the menu re-sorts, so the better choices come first.
Each dot is one item. The UK government’s 400-600-600 guidance suggests about 600 kcal for lunch or dinner, so anything past the line is more than a whole meal on its own.

Every item on the Greggs UK menu, 214 in all, measured against what a specific person actually needs in a day rather than an adult average.
Free sugar, separated from the rest. Greggs publishes a total sugar figure. NHS daily limits apply only to free sugars and exclude the sugars naturally present in milk and whole fruit. On a regular latte, 11g of total sugar becomes 0.9g that counts. On a regular hot chocolate, 30g becomes 21.3g.
Every figure set against an age. A Greggs Sausage Roll is 50% of the daily salt limit for a 4 to 6 year old and 25% of an adult's. Same bake, different answer, and the label only ever gives you the adult one.
Greggs publishes more than most chains: portion weights, figures per 100g and fibre for every item, which means every item on this site can be scored on the government's 2018 nutrient profiling model. On that model 44 of 157 scored foods pass, most of them sandwiches, rolls and baguettes.
What Greggs does not publish is ingredient lists for food made in its shops, and UK law does not require it to. That means no page on this site can tell you how many ingredients are in a sausage roll or whether it is ultra-processed. Boone will not estimate it.
Every item in order, for the question you are asking.

Corrections. Figures that cannot be right are corrected, and free sugar is worked out from the ingredients where they are published.
Guidelines. UK government and NHS limits by age and sex. Healthiest and unhealthiest rankings use the UK nutrient profiling model.
Allergens. Always check with the restaurant if you have an allergy.

Read the full methodology →214 items from the Greggs UK nutrition guide published in September 2026, from sausage rolls and bakes to sandwiches, sweet treats and drinks. Decaf drinks are covered by their standard versions, which have identical figures, and multipacks are left out because they are multiples of a single item.
The Greggs Milk Chocolate Caramel Shortbread Offcuts Bag at 1253 kcal, which is 63% of an adult's daily reference intake.
The Greggs Milk Chocolate Caramel Shortbread Offcuts Bag at 114g of free sugar, 380% of an adult's 30g daily limit.
The Greggs Bacon & Lorne Breakfast Baguette at 3.5g of salt, 58% of an adult's 6g daily limit and 117% of the limit for a child aged 4 to 6.
A Greggs Sausage Roll contains 347 kcal, 11g of saturated fat and 1.5g of salt. The vegan version contains 308 kcal.
No. Greggs publishes nutrition and the 14 major allergens for every item, but not ingredient lists for food made in its shops. UK law does not require them for food sold loose, so Boone cannot say whether any item is ultra-processed.
