KFC Nutrition: Full UK Menu Breakdown

Every item on the KFC UK menu, measured against what a specific person actually needs in a day rather than an adult average.

Two things Boone does that a nutrition label does not

Free sugar, separated from the rest. KFC publishes a total sugar figure. NHS daily limits apply only to free sugars and exclude the sugars naturally present in milk. On an Oreo Krushems Shake, 31g of total sugar becomes 26g that counts. On a plain Iced Latte the entire figure is milk sugar and none of it counts at all.

Every figure set against an age. A Kids Burger is 28% of the daily salt limit for a 7 to 10 year old and 23% of an adult’s. Same burger, different answer, and the label only ever gives you the adult one.

What KFC does not publish

KFC does not publish ingredient lists for the food it makes to order, and UK law does not require it to. The legal floor is calories and the 14 major allergens. That means no page on this site can tell you how many ingredients are in a Zinger Burger or whether it is ultra-processed. KFC also publishes no portion weights and no per 100g column, so items cannot be scored against the government’s nutrient profiling model either. Boone will not estimate any of it.

What KFC does publish is a full nutrition row for every item, plus allergens and vegetarian and vegan flags. That is what these 111 pages are built from.
