Every Pizza Hut item measured against the UK daily guidelines for you or your child. Pick what matters to you and the menu re-sorts, so the better choices come first.
Each dot is one item. The UK government’s 400-600-600 guidance suggests about 600 kcal for lunch or dinner, so anything past the line is more than a whole meal on its own.
Every dish on the Pizza Hut Restaurants UK menu, measured against what a specific person actually needs in a day rather than an adult average. Every pizza has its own page on each of its eight bases, with figures for a single slice and for the whole pizza.
Every figure set against an age. The Pizza Hut Pepperoni Feast (Sharing Stuffed Crust, 14-inch) carries 13g of salt. That is 213% of an adult’s daily limit and 427% of the limit for a child aged 4 to 6. Same pizza, different answer, and the menu only ever gives you the adult one.
Free sugar counted honestly. Pizza Hut publishes total sugar only. NHS daily limits apply to free sugars, which exclude the sugar naturally in milk and whole fruit. Boone deducts milk sugar only where ice cream is part of the dish, where it can be estimated, and counts the full figure everywhere else, so a figure here is never understated.
A whole Margherita is 894 kcal as an Individual Handcrafted, 1,014 kcal as an Individual Pan and 1,350 kcal as an Individual Stuffed Crust. Go up to a sharing size and the same pizza is 2,000 kcal as a Sharing Pan and 2,152 kcal with Cheesy Bites. A slice of Pepperoni ranges from 157 kcal on a Handcrafted base to 298 kcal on a Sharing Stuffed Crust. Each base has its own page.
Whole pizzas run from 684 kcal for the Pizza Hut Margherita (Gluten Free, 9-inch square) up to 2,680 kcal for the Pizza Hut Meat Feast (Sharing Stuffed Crust, 14-inch). 15 dishes are listed by Pizza Hut as vegan and 24 as suitable for coeliacs, including every pizza on the 9-inch gluten-free base. The kids’ Mini and Mega Monster menu has its own section. Pizza Hut does not publish fibre, or nutrition for its branded soft drinks, so neither appears here.
Every item in order, for the question you are asking.

Corrections. Figures that cannot be right are corrected, and free sugar is worked out from the ingredients where they are published.
Guidelines. UK government and NHS limits by age and sex. Healthiest and unhealthiest rankings use the UK nutrient profiling model.
Allergens. Always check with the restaurant if you have an allergy.
