Every Subway item measured against the UK daily guidelines for you or your child. Pick what matters to you and the menu re-sorts, so the better choices come first.
Each dot is one item. The UK government’s 400-600-600 guidance suggests about 600 kcal for lunch or dinner, so anything past the line is more than a whole meal on its own.

All 153 items on the Subway UK menu, measured against what a specific person actually needs in a day rather than an adult average.
Subway calculates its sub and wrap nutrition on the bread, the filling and three vegetables: onion, cucumber and lettuce. Cheese and sauce are not included, and most orders have both. A portion of grated cheese adds 45 kcal and a garlic and herb sauce adds 80 kcal, so a 6 inch sub can gain more than a third on what the board says. The Boone calculator adds them back from Subway's own figures.
Free sugar, separated from the rest. Subway publishes a total sugar figure. NHS daily limits apply only to free sugars, not the sugar naturally present in vegetables. On a Veggie Delite Salad, Boone estimates that about 2g of the 15g counts towards the limit.
Every figure set against an age. A 6 inch Spicy Italian carries 3.2g of salt: 53% of an adult's daily limit, 64% for a 7 to 10 year old and more than the whole limit for a child aged 4 to 6. Same sub, different answer, and the label only ever gives you the adult one.
Subway's UK guides do not include ingredient lists for food made to order, and UK law does not require them. That means no page on this site can tell you whether a sub is ultra-processed. Subway does publish allergens for every ingredient, and Boone combines them into a table for each item's standard build.
Every item in order, for the question you are asking.

Corrections. Figures that cannot be right are corrected, and free sugar is worked out from the ingredients where they are published.

No. Subway calculates subs and wraps on the bread, filling, onion, cucumber and lettuce only. Cheese, sauce and extras are added on top, and the Boone calculator lets you add them from Subway's own figures.
Yes. Subway's footlong nutrition is its 6 inch nutrition doubled, so a footlong carries twice the calories, sugar, salt and saturated fat of the same 6 inch sub.
The 6 inch Veggie Delite at 227 kcal before cheese and sauce. The lowest calorie items on the menu are the Rotisserie Style Chicken Protein Pot at 71 kcal, then four more protein pots and the Ham Salad, all under 90 kcal.
The footlong Big Breakwich at 1,198 kcal, 60% of an adult's daily energy. The Garlic Cheesesteak Footlong is next at 1,078 kcal.
Measured against the government's 2018 nutrient profiling model, every salad and every spud passes, with the Veggie Delite Salad scoring best. No cookie or dunk pot passes.
Not usually. A wrap with the same filling has more calories and salt than the 6 inch sub, because the tortilla is denser than the bread it replaces.
Boone uses UK government and NHS guidelines, which differ by age and sex. Saturated fat is limited to 20g a day for women and 30g for men, and free sugar to 30g for adults but 19g for children aged 4 to 6.
Subway publishes total sugar, which includes the sugar naturally present in vegetables. NHS limits apply only to free sugars, so Boone separates the two and measures free sugar against your daily limit.
Yes. Subway publishes allergens by ingredient, and each item page combines them for the standard build on Italian White bread. A different bread, cheese or sauce changes the allergens, so always check in store if you have a severe allergy.
20 items are built from ingredients Subway marks as vegan, including the Veggie Delite, Spiced Plant Patty and 5 Bean Chilli subs, wraps and salads. Subway says vegan items are not suitable for people with milk or egg allergies.
