Starbucks US Nutrition: Full Menu Breakdown

Every drink and food item on the Starbucks US menu, measured against what a specific person actually needs in a day rather than the adult Daily Value on a label. Each drink section below shows the Grande, or the standard size where there is no Grande; every other size has its own page. Food and bottled drinks come in one size.

Four things Boone does that a nutrition label does not

Added sugar against a per-meal limit. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2025–2030 set no more than 10g of added sugar in a single meal from age 11, and none at all for children aged 10 and under. Starbucks publishes total sugar only, so Boone estimates the added share from each drink’s ingredient list. On that basis a Grande Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino carries an estimated 57g of added sugar and a Grande Pink Drink 25g, while a Grande Caffè Latte has none, because all 18g of its sugar is lactose from the milk.

Caffeine in every drink. Starbucks publishes caffeine, and Boone shows it next to the nutrition. A Grande Pike Place Roast has 315mg, 79% of the 400mg a day the FDA cites for healthy adults, and the Sunsera Blonde Roast (Grande) reaches 315mg.

Sodium in the food. The breakfast sandwiches, wraps and lunch sandwiches are where sodium adds up. The Ham & Swiss on Baguette has 1,230mg, 53% of the 2,300mg adult daily limit and 82% of the 1,500mg limit for a child aged 4 to 8. Boone also counts the ingredients and additives in every food item with a published ingredient list.

Limits by age and sex, with UK guidance a click away. Every calculator recalculates for an adult man or woman or a child of any age from 4, and switches to UK NHS guidance. Figures are for the standard recipe, which uses 2% milk unless the drink says otherwise.
