Every Domino's item measured against the UK daily guidelines for you or your child. Pick what matters to you and the menu re-sorts, so the better choices come first.
Each dot is one item. The UK government’s 400-600-600 guidance suggests about 600 kcal for lunch or dinner, so anything past the line is more than a whole meal on its own.

Every item on the Domino’s UK menu, measured against what a specific person actually needs in a day rather than an adult average. Every speciality pizza has its own page on each of its five crusts, with figures for a slice and the whole pizza at every size Domino’s makes, plus sides, Chick ’N’ Dip, wraps, desserts and dips.
Every figure set against an age. A large Domino’s The Sizzler Double Decadence pizza carries 29g of salt. That is 486% of an adult’s daily limit and 972% of the limit for a child aged 4 to 6. Same pizza, different answer, and the menu only ever gives you the adult one.
The ingredients read for you. Domino’s publishes full ingredient lists, so every item with one shows how many ingredients it contains, how many are manufactured, and which additives are in it.
A large Pepperoni Passion is 2,074 kcal on Thin & Crispy, 2,280 kcal on Italian Style, 2,642 kcal on Classic Crust, 2,805 kcal on Stuffed Crust and 3,043 kcal on Double Decadence. Domino’s reduced-fat mozzarella trims most pizzas further, and each page shows both.
Every item in order, for the question you are asking.

Corrections. Figures that cannot be right are corrected, and free sugar is worked out from the ingredients where they are published.
Guidelines. UK government and NHS limits by age and sex. Healthiest and unhealthiest rankings use the UK nutrient profiling model.
Allergens. Always check with the restaurant if you have an allergy.

Read the full methodology →Boone uses Domino’s UK Nutrition Information Guide and its Ingredients and Allergen Information guide, both correct as of 7 September 2026, then works out how much of the daily guidelines each item uses for your age and sex.
Boone updates the Domino’s pages when Domino’s changes its published UK guides, including new items, recipe changes and items leaving the menu.
The Domino’s The Meatfielder Double Decadence pizza as a large, at 3,471 kcal for the whole pizza. That is 174% of an adult’s 2,000 kcal daily intake, or 347 kcal a slice.
Between 74 kcal and 347 kcal, depending on the pizza, crust and size. Double Decadence and Stuffed Crust slices are the heaviest, Thin & Crispy the lightest.
Yes. Domino’s makes five pizzas on a gluten free base containing less than 20ppm gluten, under procedures accredited by Coeliac UK, and two plant-based pizzas made with a plant-based cheese alternative. Its stores share equipment, so it cannot rule out cross-contamination.
No. Domino’s publishes total sugar only, so Boone counts the full figure as free sugar. That can slightly overstate free sugar for items with milk, but never understates it.
The Domino’s Double Chocolate and Caramel Cookies, with 64g of sugar, or 16.0 teaspoons. That is 214% of an adult’s 30g daily limit.
