Every Zizzi item measured against the UK daily guidelines for you or your child. Pick what matters to you and the menu re-sorts, so the better choices come first.
Each dot is one item. The UK government’s 400-600-600 guidance suggests about 600 kcal for lunch or dinner, so anything past the line is more than a whole meal on its own.

Open any Zizzi menu item to see its calories and nutrition for your age and sex, then add starters, sides and desserts to check the full meal against your daily guidelines.
Boone covers 175 items from Zizzi’s UK autumn 2026 menu, from 37 kcal for Zizzi Strawberry Sorbet up to 2299 kcal for Zizzi Pulled Pork La Bomba Chips. Every item has a nutrition calculator showing its calories, sugar, salt and saturated fat for your age and sex, plus the 14 allergens Zizzi declares. Zizzi also publishes full ingredient lists for around 30 dishes, and those pages show whether the dish is ultra-processed.
Every item in order, for the question you are asking.

Read the full methodology →Boone uses Zizzi's UK autumn 2026 allergen guide, nutrition guide and full ingredient declaration, then calculates free sugar and how much of the daily guidelines each item uses for your age and sex.
Boone updates the Zizzi pages when Zizzi publishes a new allergen or nutrition guide, including new items, recipe changes, seasonal Special Guest dishes and items leaving the menu.
For a select number of dishes, around 30, Zizzi publishes a full ingredient declaration, and Boone shows it on those pages with a processing classification. For every other dish Zizzi publishes allergens and nutrition only, which is all UK law requires for food made to order.
Open any Zizzi item and set an age and sex. The calculator shows its calories, sugar, salt, saturated fat and protein as a share of that person's daily guidelines, and you can adjust the portion size or add other items to build a full meal.
Boone uses UK government and NHS guidelines, which differ by age and sex. Saturated fat is limited to 20g a day for women and 30g for men, and free sugar to 30g for adults but 19g for children aged 4 to 6. Choosing an age and sex recalculates every figure against the right limits.
Children have lower limits for free sugar and salt and need less energy, so the same item uses a bigger share of their day. A child aged 4 to 6 has a limit of 19g of free sugar and 3g of salt, compared with 30g and 6g for an adult.
Zizzi publishes total sugar only. NHS limits apply to free sugars, so for milk-based gelato and sundaes Boone takes off an estimate of the milk sugar. For everything else Boone counts the full figure as free sugar, which may slightly overstate dishes where some sugar comes naturally from tomatoes, vegetables or cheese.
No. Zizzi offers a non-gluten pizza base and non-gluten fusilli, cooked separately to order, but does not label any dish gluten free because of supplier warnings and the risk of cross-contact, so they may not be suitable for coeliacs.
Yes. Each Zizzi item page lists the 14 allergens Zizzi declares, including supplier may contain warnings and shared fryer and pasta boiler risks. Table cheese and extra toppings are not included in Zizzi's figures and will change the allergens in a dish.
Yes, items sold only on Zizzi's takeaway menu have their own pages. Takeaway versions of dine-in dishes are not listed separately. Zizzi says it cannot cater for allergies on click and collect or delivery orders.
