Every Wetherspoon item measured against the UK daily guidelines for you or your child. Pick what matters to you and the menu re-sorts, so the better choices come first.
Each dot is one item. The UK government’s 400-600-600 guidance suggests about 600 kcal for lunch or dinner, so anything past the line is more than a whole meal on its own.

Open any Wetherspoon menu item to see its calories and nutrition for your age and sex, then add sides, dips and a dessert to check the full meal against your daily guidelines.
Boone covers 309 items from Wetherspoon’s current UK food menu, from 18 kcal for Wetherspoon Tenderstem Broccoli up to 1883 kcal for Wetherspoon Empire State. Every item has a nutrition calculator showing its calories, sugar, salt and saturated fat for your age and sex, the allergens Wetherspoon declares and the full ingredient list for each component. Because Wetherspoon publishes ingredients for every dish, each page also shows whether it is ultra-processed: 270 of the 309 are NOVA group 4.
Every item in order, for the question you are asking.

Corrections. Figures that cannot be right are corrected, and free sugar is worked out from the ingredients where they are published.
Guidelines. UK government and NHS limits by age and sex. Healthiest and unhealthiest rankings use the UK nutrient profiling model.
Allergens. Always check with the restaurant if you have an allergy.

Read the full methodology →Boone uses the nutrition, allergen and ingredient information Wetherspoon publishes for its UK pubs, then calculates free sugar and how much of the daily guidelines each item uses for your age and sex.
Yes. Wetherspoon publishes a different menu for its pubs in the Republic of Ireland, with different suppliers and dishes. Boone only uses the UK menu, so the figures reflect what Wetherspoon serves in England, Scotland and Wales.
Many Wetherspoon dishes come with a choice of chips, rice or a side salad, and pizzas come in 8 and 11 inch sizes. Each version has its own nutrition figures, so each has its own page.
Yes, for every dish. Boone shows them component by component, counts the distinct ingredients and classifies each dish by how processed it is using the NOVA system.
Wetherspoon publishes total sugar only. NHS limits apply to free sugars, so Boone takes off an estimate for whole fruit and the milk sugar in ice cream, custard and yoghurt, and counts nothing as free sugar where no sugar, syrup or honey is added. For everything else Boone counts the full figure, which may slightly overstate dishes where some sugar comes naturally from vegetables.
Open any Wetherspoon item and set an age and sex. The calculator shows its calories, sugar, salt, saturated fat and protein as a share of that person's daily guidelines, and you can add sides, dips and desserts to total a full meal.
Not always. Dishes such as haggis, neeps and tatties and Welsh dragon curry appear in Wetherspoon's UK allergen information but may only be served in some pubs. Check the menu in your pub.
